Thursday January 8: scripts, studio time & getting caught up!

Greetings once again! I am pleased with your progress so far: all of you have sent in a topic and an outline, without exception. Magnificent! Many of you have also sent in the written description of what your on air ID will be, and have indicated which files you want to use for your theme songs. Now it's time for the next steps:

A) Each of you is expected to set up a script based on your topic and outline. The script needs to include at least three major statements you want to make about each of the five to seven points in your outline. Each statement must be made in the form of a complete sentence. This needs to be posted to our Google group under the heading that includes your name plus the word "Script" Take your time, and really think about what you want to say. We're still good for time, so no worries, OK? PLEASE NOTE: You should not be recording any part of your main broadcast until this is done first!

B) Some of you have expressed an in getting next door to record your on air IDs; that will be available as soon as you have sent me by email the written part of what your ID will state.

C) which brings me to the next point: I am still waiting for many of you to tell me what this on air ID will say, as well as telling me which file(s) you will want to use for your theme song. This needs to happen ASAP

D) Finally, if you are able to work on that theme song here using Audition, please do so.

That should be enough for today. Remember, no game playing, this is serious business

Mr. L
